Dispute Resolution
If you have any questions or encounter problems with your order (such as not receiving the product, or issues with product quality), please contact our customer service team immediately. You can submit a dispute application in the following ways:

- Email Feedback: Send an email to support@thermobeast.com. Mark the subject as 【Order Dispute】, and attach the order number, problem description, and relevant picture evidence.
- PayPal Platform: If you paid via PayPal, you can also initiate a dispute directly in your PayPal account. We will follow up and handle it within 48 hours after receiving the notification.

4. Terms and Conditions

Returns and Exchanges
